During our 1st consultation we will begin your lifestyle reboot by getting to know each other. After a preliminary intake of data, we will discuss your wants and needs and turn them into clear, concise, and attainable goals. Goals should be challenging yet doable, and as always, specific, simple, and flexible.
My goal for you at the end of our 1st consultation is to feel empowered to make decisions about your own health and fitness journey, so you leave knowing more about yourself than ever before!

This consultation can be scheduled after the 1st consultation or as a stand alone appointment. This consultation is designed to be less intensive and in-depth than the 1st consultation. I will give you some simple exercise tips to spike metabolism and burn calories. This consult will leave you feeling excited about changing the composition of your body and with the confidence that you can achieve your fitness goals.
This consultation is specific to fitness

This service is available ONLY after the 1st consultation. After setting up your specific goals, together, we will come up with a workout schedule and routine.
This service is individual to each client's needs.

This consultation can be set up after the 1st consultation or as a stand alone appointment. This consultation is designed to be less intensive and in-depth than the 1st consultation. We will set some simple goals that you can start using immediately to begin your reboot.
This consultation is specific to food nutrition

This service is available ONLY after the 1st consultation or the nutrition consultation. You will get 4 different breakfast, lunch, and dinner plans with 2 snacks per week, to jump start your reboot. So, for example, 1 breakfast, 1 snack, 1 lunch, 1 snack and 1 dinner per day for 1 month. These meals can be used consecutively, or incorporated into your current routine. We will discuss, in depth, your food likes, dislikes, as well as your ability in meal preparation. I will also teach you budgeting strategies to prepare many simple meals that you like and easy to make.
